Is the Heat Pack reuseable?

Yes! Our heat pack is instant and portable. It can be used over and over again, as many time as possible. It also carries lifetime warranty which covers manufacturer's defects.

Is the heat pack safe to use?

The heat pack is made of soft, pliable medical grade vinyl. Inside the pack is sodium acetate -- a form of salt and water which is food grade and non-toxic. Therefore, even the pack does rupture and the contents spill, no one will be at risk of injury.

What does the Heal Packs' lifetime warranty cover?

Our standard warranty covers manufacturer’s defects: leaks in the seams, leaks in the perforation, or the button not working properly. We do not cover product failure resulting from improper use, failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions, improper storage of product, or negligence on the part of the distributor or consumer.

HEAL PACKS WARRANTY SUMMARY

HOW LONG IT LASTS: If your item is new and has a HEAL PACKS manufacturer's warranty, it begins the day you purchased the item and lasts for the life of the product.

WHAT IS COVERED: Manufacturer defects that prevent heat packs from crystallizing and heating as advertised. Your item is covered for up to the full purchase price of your item (shipping is excluded).

HOW THE COVERAGE WORKS: Reimbursements: HEAL PACKS replaces defective item(s) only.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Improper use, failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions, improper storage of product, or negligence. Accidental damage: We do not cover items that are accidentally damaged - such as puncture damage, improper storage (not in a cool area) and shipping damage. Accessories that are not purchased from HEAL PACKS and damage the product. Microwaving or freezing heat pack.

HOW TO INITIATE PROCESS: Simply contact the corporate office of HEAL PACKS by email or phone. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30am-4:30pm PST. Typically, we send replacement for qualified unit within 5 business days after inspection. HEAL PACKS is responsible for return shipping cost of replacement unit(s).

 

REFUND POLICY : We do not offer cash refunds. Product replacement only.
